Anima: Blades of Forgiveness

I felt I could better enjoy Anima Beyond Fantasy if I divorced myself from its setting.  The anima setting I am creating draws inspiration from final fantasy 6. The game I envision utilizes themes such as technology, balance with nature, and forgiveness.

The setting takes place in the world of Gaia (same spelling different setting). The game takes place primarily on two different land masses that together make up the continent of Garrick. Each end of Garrick houses a metropolis that was created centuries ago by an ancient species known only as the Espers. The Espers worked with the many species of Gaia to create beautiful cities out of the lesser magic paths. These cities still exist today and serve as the major government of Gaia.
